Special Notice under Philippine Law (Republic Act No. 8293)

1. Covenant Not to Sue: To the maximum extent permitted under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, the Publisher(s) and Author(s) hereby grant a perpetual, royalty-free, unconditional covenant never to file any legal case or demand moral damages against any person or entity exercising the creative freedoms granted under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
2. When this Protection is Cancelled: This covenant not to sue is immediately cancelled and is rendered void if an individual or entity acts in bad faith against the Surat Inawa project itself. This includes acts of intentional sabotage, fraud, or trying to claim exclusive ownership over the project and its original contents.
3. Writing with the Alphabet Disclaimer: For absolute clarity, the independent use of the alphabet system—including its graphic reproduction, phonetic application, or linguistic expression in external works—does not constitute a modification or derivative work of Surat Inawa, falls entirely outside the scope of this project, and is completely exempt from the terms and conditions herein.

Exceptions

• All works not authored by this site's Author remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and rightsholders. Such works are protected by copyright and are made available here only under the terms of their original licences or, where applicable, under the Fair Use doctrine.

  Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • TiddlyWiki software and its components
  • third-party TiddlyWiki plugins and their components
  • reference materials, images, or other media incorporated within this wiki
